About WBSCVT 2014:

Department of Technical Education & Training, Govt. Of West Bengal 

The Department of Technical Education & Training operates through following 3 Directorates and 3 State Councils to facilitate technical education and skill training in the state.

1. Directorates:

Directorate of Technical Education and Training:  3 years diploma courses are offered in the different disciplines of Engineering / Technology through different Polytechnics.

Directorate of Industrial Training:  3 years / 2 years / 1 year / 6 month duration NCVT (National Council of Vocational Training) recognized training courses under Craftsman Training Scheme are offered through ITIs. National Apprenticeship Training is also implemented.

Directorate of Vocational Education and Training: Vocational Education and Training program at VIII + level (6 months duration) and at the X+2 level (2 years duration) are offered through different vocational Training Centers (VTCs)

West Bengal State Council Vocational Training (WBSCVT) will be Releasing the ITI Exam counselling seat allotment lists 2014. The WBSCVT ITI Exam allotment can be downloading the Official website. The West Bengal ITI Exam Counselling starts on 16th July 2014. The Counselling date schedule can be announced on the  www.wbscvt.net. The West Bengal State Council Vocational Training (WBSCVT)  will be successfully conducted the West Bengal State  ITI entrance Exam 2014 on 06th July 2014. The WBSCVT ITI Exam Results can declare on the official website. The West Bengal State  ITI  Exam Results are released on 14th July 2014 at www.wbscvt.net. After the declaration the results candidates can download the rank card 2014 on West Bengal State Council Vocational Training (WBSCVT) ITI exam 2014 at the official website.
